Our Story

Engineering ventilation
with passion and precision

Crystal Ventilations Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2012, drawing on engineering expertise and industry relationships that extend back to 1987. In the years since, we have grown to serve more than 100 industrial clients across India, spanning automotive manufacturing, retail, logistics, hospitality, agriculture, and more.

We are not a large corporation operating from a catalogue. Every enquiry is handled personally by our engineering team, every solution is designed for the specific facility in front of us, and every installation is carried out with the same care and precision we would expect if the building were our own.

Our presence in the market is built on repeat business and referrals. Clients come back to us because we deliver what we promise, on time and to specification, and because we remain available to support them long after the installation is complete.

1987

Engineering Heritage Begins

The engineering expertise behind Crystal Ventilations takes root, with industrial mechanical work spanning HVAC, ventilation projects, and large-scale facility installations for some of India's most recognised companies.

2012

Crystal Ventilations Pvt. Ltd. Established

CVPL is formally incorporated with a focused mandate: manufacturing and marketing industrial ventilation products across India, with an eye toward global markets from the outset.

2015

HW Ventilation Italy Partnership

Crystal enters into a formal agreement with HW Ventilation Italy for the marketing and manufacture of axial impellers, bringing European-grade precision engineering into our product range.

2016

Axial Fan Production Commences

In-house production of axial fans using HW Ventilation impellers begins at our Shivane facility, allowing Crystal to offer fully integrated solutions from a single trusted source.

Crystal Ventilations operates from our facility at Vishnu Malati Industrial Estate in Shivane, Pune. This is where our products are assembled, tested, and despatched, and where our engineering team is based.

Our associated manufacturing operation, Blossom Engineers, produces fan blades, casings, and finger guards in-house, giving us control over the quality and delivery of key components that other suppliers depend on external vendors to provide.

Crystal Ventilations holds a formal marketing and manufacturing agreement with HW Ventilation Italy for axial impellers. This partnership gives our customers access to precision-engineered European impeller technology at competitive pricing.

HW impellers used in our axial flow fan range are precision-engineered and independently verified for performance. This guarantees the airflow, pressure, and efficiency ratings we publish are accurate and dependable.

This is a genuine, long-standing partnership, not a marketing claim. The HW Ventilation agreement has been in place since 2015 and underpins our axial flow product capability.
